This month, Zane was awarded a certificate of recognition for his exceptional contributions to the business, an impressive milestone in what is sure to be a bright engineering career. The recognition followed a nomination from his mentor, Dan Mucklin, who highlighted Zane’s commitment, rapid skill development, and positive attitude since joining the team.  Dan’s nomination was shared with Peterborough College, where it caught the attention of senior apprenticeship leaders. Among those who reviewed Zane’s story were Group Director of Apprenticeships and Group Apprenticeship Delivery Manager. Both were deeply impressed by the standard of work Zane has already achieved and the enthusiasm he brings to the workshop floor. This acknowledgment not only reflects Zane’s personal efforts but also the strength of the apprenticeship programme and the support around him. Zane’s appreciation for his team and the opportunities he’s been given speaks volumes:   ![Zane Apprenticeship Certificate 002 edited](https://www.marlor.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Zane%20Apprenticeship%20Certificate%20002%20edited.jpg?width=260&height=224&name=Zane%20Apprenticeship%20Certificate%20002%20edited.jpg)🗣️ *“I feel privileged to be part of such an incredible team, and I’m thankful for the experience I’m gaining.”* — **Zane Mattick** Zane continues to demonstrate that age is no barrier to excellence.
